Portal of Education management with the access to appropriate documents

We are able to deliver a portal based on Moodle application with the aim to set up one place where the users will not only have access to the training materials and documentation but also will serve for management and organisation of the training activities and ultimately be an effective tool for testing the knowledge of the users.. It is possible to upgrade the portal with the access to helpdesks and communication or cooperation tools.

Function of the portal includes:

• Management of E-learning courses and information management, i.e. you will find here information about the courses to attend, attendance conditions, if you have already passed the course and what were the results.
• Full attendance course management, including deadlines, capacity and resource allocation monitoring, registration of users to the individual courses with approval of their participation, calendar and the access to training materials ,including the possibility to communicate with the trainers &/or with the other participants.
• User testing tools, including developing tests and test scenarios their management and evaluation according to a wide range of criteria. The possibilities include random selection of tests from the database tailor-made for each user or even tracking the validity of the periodic reviews.
• The development and monitoring of training plans, i.e. employee competence management based on their positions and career path development.
• The access to the documentation with the possibility to set up the “packages” of relevant documents for specific roles and/or positions.
